GM Full Program Management Awarded

Kem Krest awarded all General Motors service chemicals in the United States.

Amish Shah Joins Kem Krest

Amish Shah joins Kem Krest after graduating from Indiana University. (Amish began his career in an outside sales position, becoming manager of the Quality Department by 1997, and President by 2000.)

Amish Shah Purchases Kem Krest

Amish Shah purchases Kem Krest from KIK with 175,000 square feet of warehouse space at 4 locations, employing 35 full time associates.

New 5 Year Strategy Implementation

Kem Krest creates a new 5 year strategy with specific focus to service only OEM's in Automotive, Agriculture and Powersports industries.

Kem Krest Defense was created to service the Defense industry.

Headquarters Relocated

Kem Krest Headquarters moves from the KIK facility on Superior Street in Elkhart to a new facility on Toledo Road.

Bristol Warehouse Added

Bristol warehouse is purchased, with Ford and General Motors accessories moved to this new facility.

Excelda Manufacturing was founded in 1930, headquartered in Brighton, Michigan. Specializing in product development, blending, packaging and fulfillment helps Kem Krest service a wide variety of industries around the globe.

Unified Solutions, Inc. Acquisition

Unified Solutions Inc. provides packaging services that include shrink wrapping, automated bagging and multiple component kit assembly mostly for Harley Davidson.

FCA Chemicals Launch

Kem Krest is awarded and launches Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Chemicals program.

Kem Krest Continues to Grow

Kem Krest has 1,200,000 square feet of warehouse space, 450 full time associates, and over 100 temporary workers that all help to service 30+ customers.
