Marty is an entrepreneurial commercial leader, serving in transformation, sales, and marketing leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he spent eight years at a middle market family office, serving LDI, Ltd. portfolio companies in the medical and industrial manufacturing industries. He drove revenue growth via internal transformation projects and data-driven go-to-market strategies.           

Marty began his career as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting and has founded two businesses. He graduated from Wabash College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
