A global automotive OEM lacked a system to store and ship EV battery chargers and energy storage equipment directly to consumers. They also needed an e-commerce website where consumers could order directly from the OEM and schedule home delivery.

OUR APPROACH

Deploying a full-service D2C strategy.

We integrated our e-commerce solution directly with the OEM’s operating system to seamlessly manage warehousing, ordering, and distribution. Orders placed through the OEM’s website are sent directly to our fulfillment team for processing. They ship directly to households across the US and arrive within 2 days! As an added benefit, the OEM can monitor orders and available stock in real time. In addition, our team manages all regulatory compliance demands related to importing, storage, labeling, and shipping. We also oversee shipping requirements including delivery signatures and the white glove service.
