Elkhart, IN, March 12, 2025 – Kem Krest announces the addition of Matt McGinnis to its leadership team. Matt joins Kem Krest in the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Marty Brown, President of Kem Krest made the announcement.

In his new role, Matt will lead the Sales, Marketing, and Dealership Services functions and will serve on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Matt McGinnis is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with a strong background in industrial and petrochemical business development. He has a proven track record of launching new product lines and revitalizing underperforming product portfolios, driving organic growth, profitability, and competitiveness. Matt also brings extensive experience in technical areas such as R&D, IT, and manufacturing.

“Matt’s experience in marketing, sales program management, and the chemical and lubricant industries is a perfect fit for Kem Krest’s Sales Engine strategy. Specifically, Matt will accelerate our vertical integration within chemical manufacturing and our ‘wider and deeper’ strategy across automotive, heavy-duty, and powersports customers,” said Marty Brown, President of Kem Krest.

For the past 13 years, Matt has held increasingly responsible roles in Sales and Marketing at Daubert Chemical Company. He successfully launched two business lines for Daubert: the Industrial Lubricants product line in 2013 and the Lubricant Additives line in 2019. Matt played a key role in driving significant growth for the company, leading the company to achieve approximately 50% increase in revenue from 2018 to 2023. His customer-first approach helped narrow the company’s strategic focus to serve heavy equipment industries in steel and mining, double Daubert’s global distributor network, achieve over 100% growth in the opportunity pipeline from 2019 to 2023, and worked collaboratively with the Operations team to reduce customer complaints by 40% over 24 months.
