Our customer, a global powersports OEM, prides itself on a legacy of quality. However, during the sub-assembly process, one of our frontline associates noticed scratches on painted surfaces. Upon further investigation, we learned the OEM’s paint supplier changed the formula, causing it to scratch more easily. To uphold consumer satisfaction and minimize product returns, we needed to quickly find a solution.
