ELKHART, IN (July 24, 2025) – Kem Krest CEO, Amish Shah, has once again been named to Indiana Business Journal (IBJ) Media’s prestigious Indiana 250 list, recognizing him as one of the state’s most influential and impactful business and community leaders. This marks the fourth consecutive year Shah has received this honor, which highlights leaders across a wide range of industries and organizations.
Amish Shah’s inclusion in the Indiana 250 reflects his continued leadership within both Kem Krest and the broader Indiana community. This recognition underscores the dynamic and evolving leadership that is driving positive change throughout the state.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized among Indiana’s Top 250 leaders. This acknowledgment is a reflection of the amazing teams, mentors, and communities that have shaped my journey. I remain committed to building bridges between business, innovation, and impact—right here in Indiana and beyond.” says Shah.
The Indiana 250 list, available at Indiana250.com, was compiled by the executives, editors, and newsroom staff of IBJ Media’s three news brands — Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside INdiana Business, and Indiana Lawyer. The rigorous months-long selection process included reviewing nominations, researching Indiana organizations, and consulting with community leaders across the state.
“The people on this list are not just leaders in their fields; they are champions for their communities and catalysts for progress across Indiana,” said Nate Feltman, CEO of IBJ Media. “One of our key goals is to foster connections among them, amplifying their collective impact for all Hoosiers.”
IBJ Media initiated the Indiana 250 program in 2022, with plans to update the list annually.
