Elkhart, IN, March 4, 2024 — Kem Krest announces the addition of Marty Brown to its leadership team. Brown joins the supply chain optimization company in the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The hiring announcement was made by Amish Shah, CEO of Kem Krest.
“Marty Brown is a seasoned sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur,” says Shah. “His strong sales and marketing acumen combined with his leadership in delivering transformational projects will further strengthen the quality and depth of service we provide to our customers.”
Brown will be responsible for strategic sales and marketing decisions in alignment with Kem Krest’s corporate vision. “Kem Krest has built a strong foundation, as evidenced by our blue-chip customer base. I’m thrilled to work alongside our sales and marketing team members to delight our customers and grow,” says Brown.
Brown is an entrepreneurial commercial leader, serving in transformation, sales, and marketing leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he spent eight years at a middle market family office, serving LDI, Ltd. portfolio companies in the medical and industrial manufacturing industries. He drove revenue growth via internal transformation projects and data-driven, go-to-market strategies.
Brown began his career as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting and has founded two businesses. He graduated from Wabash College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
